Genuine Parts Company (NAPA Autotech) seeks an experienced Technical Instructor to deliver high-quality automotive and truck training to technicians and shop owners. You will use approved curriculum, adult-learning principles, and current diagnostic knowledge to build technical capability and reduce comebacks.

The role requires ASE Master certification, strong facilitation skills, and extensive travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Must have ASE Master Automobile Technician certification (A1–A8) and EPA 609.
• Five+ years of experience as a working automotive technician.
• Two+ years of experience facilitating adult-learning programs or training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging automotive and truck training using approved curriculum.
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions in classroom, shop, or events.
• Prepare, set up, and manage training facilities and equipment.
• Assess learner outcomes and provide feedback.
• Support curriculum development and program improvements.
