Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking an Automotive Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver training programs across the club's footprint. You will facilitate sessions in various settings, including classrooms, regional centers, and virtual environments, with a focus on technical and sales skills, vendor information, and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in automotive repair, 1–3 years in delivering live courses, and strong coaching abilities to advance knowledge transfer and performance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in automotive repair or service environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience required.
• 1–3 years of facilitating live courses in-person and virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and facilitates training programs focusing on technical and sales skills, product information and safety standards.
• Builds relationships with AAA partners and vendors; communicates training status and collects feedback.
