Job summary

GPC is seeking a Region Manager for NAPA Autotech Training to lead field delivery, drive regional growth, and manage instructors across a broad territory. You will ensure high-quality, customer-focused training and align with field leadership to expand participation and strengthen the Autotech brand.

The role requires directing training operations, optimizing resources, and balancing safety, costs, and performance while delivering measurable results for customers and the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a working automotive technician.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership, sales, training, shop-operations, marketing, curriculum-development, or related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% by vehicle and commercial air.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret sales, profit, utilization, expense, and operating data.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of instructor-led and digital training programs.
• Analyze regional data to identify gaps and improve results.
• Promote Autotech training to field leaders, customers, and accounts to secure class commitments and attendance.
• Identify and develop new customer, market, sponsorship, and training-growth opportunities.
• Manage instructor schedules and resource allocation to balance demand and cost.
• Coordinate transportation and setup of training aids and materials.
• Address customer concerns and training delivery issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor competitors and customer feedback to improve programs and delivery.
