Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Forest Park, GA distribution center to lead a skilled team responsible for electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems, including AutoStore ASRS.

You will develop and manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with vendors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive reliability across facility operations. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with electrical, mechanical or pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting automated systems and robotics.
• Led teams, managed spare parts inventory and a maintenance budget.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk/bend 8+ hours.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs for all aspects of the distribution center.
• Lead AutoStore-focused technicians to keep the ASRS functioning safely and efficiently.
• Maintain facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with EH&S and maintain OSHA documentation.
• Collaborate with landlord/building management and vendors for improvements.
