Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company in Atlanta, GA, seeks a technical role that triages and resolves ele ctro-mechanical failures across the Altius fleet. You will work across hardware, software, and networks to turn findings into permanent fixes while mastering air vehicles and launcher configurations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience supporting, troubleshooting, or maintaining complex systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent military/industry experience.
• Ability to solve problems at hardware/software/network interface with clarity.
• Self-sufficient and proactive in issue resolution across a broad system.
• Demonstrated rigor and attention to repeatable processes.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with clarity in ambiguity.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance; Atlanta, GA relocation possible.

Responsibilities

• Own the Incident: triage, diagnose, root-cause incidents across the Altius fleet, drive postmortems and actions.
• Debug the Hard Problems: analyze logs/telemetry with Linux tools to isolate failures.
• Master the System: develop deep expertise on the air vehicle and launcher configurations.
• Drive Fleet Reliability: translate field failures into systemic design improvements.
• Sharpen Our Visibility: improve observability and telemetry quality with teams.
• Find the Trends: analyze failure data to define trends and allocate resources.
• Support the Mission: provide responsive, technical customer support globally.
• Bridge the Gap: translate between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build the Playbook: contribute to runbooks and triage procedures for scaling sustainment.
• Travel: travel as needed to support operations and tests.
