Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Tactical Recon & Strike division. You will drive the technical direction for cutting-edge defense products like Altius, Anvil, Bolt, and Ghost, ensuring robust design and safety-centered development.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience with safety-critical development standards and verification methods.
Strong background in systems engineering principles and safety-focused analyses.

Responsibilities

Drive systems thinking and capabilities for core Anduril products.
Collaborate with product leads to scope and deliver capabilities.
Define risk reduction and verification/validation strategies.
Lead System Hazard Analyses (SHAs) and FME(C)As.
Coordinate system integration test events from lab to flight.
Apply industry standards for safety and interoperability (STANAG, MIL-STD-882...).
Own technical direction and partner with cross-functional teams.
Ensure requirements align with the capability roadmap.
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and inefficiencies.
Lead complex technical initiatives across multiple programs.
