Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior systems engineer to help design and manage the next generation of flight vehicles. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration to define requirements and architectures, and work with hardware teams to integrate software with hardware components.

The role involves prototyping, testing, and supporting product lifecycle activities across development, production, and sustainment, including travel and training requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post‑grad industry experience in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
• Hands‑on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience.
• Must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance, or higher.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for test planning and execution.
• Willing to spend six months in Irvine, CA for hands‑on training before relocating to Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for an end to end solution by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and system architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain system components meeting functional and performance requirements in complex environments.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience of software in distributed systems.
