Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist for the Launched Effects program in the Atlanta area. You will triage electromechanical failures, pull telemetry and logs, and partner with engineering to implement permanent fixes for the Altius fleet.

You will own incidents across diverse fielded configurations, analyze data to drive proactive sustainment, and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders while enabling rapid, reliable mission support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience supporting, troubleshooting, or maintaining complex technical systems (aerospace, robotics, defense, or electromechanical).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong problem solving at hardware-software-network interface.
• Self-starter with ability to resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the Incident: identify, triage, diagnose, and root-cause incidents across the global Altius fleet.
• Debug the hard problems: review logs, telemetry, and diagnostics to isolate failures.
• Master the system: gain deep expertise across the air vehicle and launcher.
• Drive fleet reliability: collaborate with software/hardware teams for systemic fixes.
• Sharpen visibility: improve fleet observability and telemetry quality.
• Find the trends: analyze failure data to define trends and sustainment actions.
• Support the mission: provide responsive technical support to global users.
• Bridge the gap: translate between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
