Job summary

General Motors (GM) is seeking an Autonomy Stack Program Engineering Manager for ARC product development. You will own end-to-end electrical content execution, driving designs from concept through launch while coordinating with Kokomo plant, software, validation, development, and deployment teams.

The role demands leadership across multiple disciplines, rigorous program management, and a track record of delivering complex electrical architectures safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex engineering programs or products.
• Deep experience in mechanical and/or electrical system execution.
• Strong program management instincts with technical credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for electrical content.
• Lead design release, change management, and configuration control.
• Collaborate with Kokomo plant, Software, Validation, Development, and deployment teams.
• Ensure program plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution health.
