General Motors LLC is seeking an Autonomy PEM ARC Program Engineering Manager to deliver electrical content for ARC product programs from concept to launch. The Autonomy Stack Program Engineering Manager is accountable for delivering electrical content for ARC product programs from concept through launch, ensuring technical execution, schedule integrity, and cross‑functional alignment. This role leads the core engineering execution engine—turning product intent into released, buildable, and producible designs. The role requires a broad skill set as we build the organization with a focus on working closely with the Kokomo plant, Software team, Validation team, Development team, and deployment organization. It requires creative solutions and processes that are different from typical GM programs. Responsible for evaluation of designs, analysis, development, validation, and implementation. Lead the resolution of design, build and test issues. Requires review and approval of all engineering changes. Additionally requires being a visible leader to keep the team focused on what makes us better, faster, and more profitable. This leader ensures programs are executed with discipline, clarity, and technical excellence while navigating complex dependencies across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
You are accountable for end-to-end program execution for electrical content.
