Qualifications

• 8+ years in robotics, autonomous systems, ML evaluation, or data platforms.
• 5+ years leading managers or senior technical leaders.
• Ownership of a distinct technical or business area with strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Technical leadership including architectural decisions and cross-team designs.
• Experience building production infrastructure for large-scale data processing and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and operating plan for autonomy evaluation.
• Define evaluation strategy for autonomy performance and release readiness.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Autonomy, Simulation, Systems, and Safety teams.
• Oversee ML components evaluation across perception, prediction, and planning.
• Develop scalable evaluation infrastructure, data pipelines, and tooling.
• Translate system-level results into clear feedback for engineering and leadership.
