Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Experience leading system requirements across multi-team environments.
• Ability to define architecture, interfaces, and integration strategies beyond a single project.
• Experience applying engineering judgment in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system engineering activities across site, machine, and technology domains.
• Develop and maintain system-level requirements, interfaces, and documentation for domains like surface, operator, asset management, safety, and optimization.
• Participate in system architecture design, validation, analysis, modeling, and trade studies.
• Support creation and maintenance of system engineering artifacts for site solutions (mining, quarry & aggregates, construction).
• Collaborate with surface, underground, construction, and aggregates teams to implement aligned solutions.
• Lead and participate in technical reviews, governance forums, and roadmap planning.
• Develop systems engineering skills through collaboration and cross-domain exposure.
