Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software product management in highly technical domains.
• Fluency in autonomy concepts — state estimation, planning, and closed-loop control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of back-end web technologies & distributed systems.
• Proven ability to prototype solutions, including AI code generation.
• Ability to decompose and drive software execution.
• Aptitude for coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the autonomy roadmap and translate strategic warfighter needs into detailed product plans.
• Define autonomy behavior and human‑machine interfaces, including safety guardrails.
• Coordinate with engineering to sequence workstreams, surface dependencies, and track delivery.
• Communicate roadmaps and status to stakeholders and manage trade-offs.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and compliance to communicate capabilities externally.
• Deliver capabilities across the lifecycle, from onboarding to day‑to‑day improvements, validating via user feedback.
• Partner with test engineers to design rigorous validation scenarios and rapid iteration.
