Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining professional conduct and adherence to guidelines.
• Oversee screening, evaluation, and development of initial and ongoing treatment plans; discharge planning and case management.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab techs in accordance with state practice acts and policies.
• Participate in utilization review, care conferences, and interdisciplinary team activities.
• Develop and enhance physical therapy programs and services to support quality outcomes.
