Job summary

Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehabilitation in Tennessee seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to provide patient-focused therapy in a collaborative setting. You will manage screenings, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans, while coordinating discharge planning and case management with the rehab team.

You’ll supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, stay current with licensure, and help advance rehabilitation programs in a compliant, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, and treatment as referred.
• Develop initial and ongoing plans of care, discharge planning, and case management.
• Directly supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per state guidelines.
• Participate in utilization review, care conferences, and team activities.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and patient rights policies.
