Job summary

Princeton Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time physical therapist to provide PT and related services to residents in a patient-centered, compliant practice. You will screen, evaluate, and help develop treatment plans within established guidelines, discharge planning, and collaboration with the rehab team.

You’ll supervise PTAs and rehab techs, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and pursue ongoing professional development to maintain clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services for patients with care plans.
• Screen, evaluate, and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab techs and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines and billing.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions and discharge planning.
