Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients, including screening, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs; coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain compliant documentation and billing within medical records and state/federal guidelines.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to improve patient function and discharge planning.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and patient rights in all interactions.
