Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Comfort with AI-assisted documentation and modern EMR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a low patient volume (under 12 per day).
• Engage in mentorship and structured professional development activities.
• Collaborate with PT leaders and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize AI-supported documentation to reduce after-hours charting.
• Support onboarding and specialty residency pathways within the practice.
