Job summary

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy is seeking a PT to practice at the top of their license in the Greater Boston area. This teaching-practice role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship, and a sustainable workload with fewer than 12 patients per day.

You’ll benefit from structured onboarding with a Clinic Director and a Peer Mentor, 2 paid mentorship hours per week for 12 weeks, and a robust residency pathway with ongoing professional development opportunities to grow clinically.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team.
• Interest in mentorship and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care.
• Practice at the top of your license with PT-led decisions.
• Engage in mentorship activities and contribute to teaching.
• Collaborate with PT leadership to maintain a sustainable workload.
