Joint Ventures Physical Therapy, a Highbar Practice in Greater Boston, is seeking a PT who wants to actually practice with autonomy and mentorship, not chase productivity. The role offers a max of 12 patients per day and includes student loan assistance, AI-supported documentation, and a 1:1 visit structure.

We provide structured onboarding, mentorship hours, and pathway options like Orthopedic Residency and Dry Needling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DPT and an active PT license (or eligibility).
• Passion for clinical growth and collaborative care.
• Comfort with a teaching-practice environment and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care at the top of your license.
• Engage in mentorship and onboarding activities.
• Participate in residency pathways and ongoing education.
