Joint Ventures Physical Therapy, a leading teaching practice affiliated with Highbar Physical Therapy in Greater Boston, seeks a PT who wants to practice at the top of their license. This role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship, and a sustainable workload with <12 patients/day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a low patient volume.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with PT-led decisions.
• Collaborate with PT leaders to advance clinical education and mentorship.

• 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
• Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
• Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
• Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
• In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
• Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
