We provide a structured onboarding, an extensive professional development program, and a supportive on-site team that includes Exercise Specialists to focus on patient care.

You’ll join a clinician-led environment with a 1:1 care model, dedicated leadership, and opportunities for growth through orthopedic residency and specialty

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 patient care with low daily volume (under 12 patients).
• Engage in mentorship and structured onboarding.
• Utilize AI-assisted EMR to streamline charting and reduce after-hours work.
