Curana Health, Inc. is seeking physicians to join our mission-driven team delivering high-quality geriatric care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.

You will be trusted clinical leader, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying a flexible, autonomy-rich practice model. We offer on-site, value-based care with support for charting, care coordination, and modern EMR integrations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
• Active DEA license required
• EMR proficiency and ability to navigate value-based care platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Collaborate with APPs to manage regulatory and complex patient visits with clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor team members to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in communities served.
