Job summary

Curana Health in the United States is seeking a physician to join our mission-driven team delivering high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. As a medical leader, you will work with APPs, mentor staff, and contribute to Medical Directorship opportunities while maintaining autonomy and flexibility in your schedule.

This role requires travel to assigned facilities; you will influence care delivery, quality metrics, and patient outcomes

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA license and proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and perform routine rounds.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage patient visits and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor APPs and elevate care delivery across the clinical team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission as a clinical leader and advocate for residents.
• Engage in Medical Directorship opportunities and leadership activities.
