Job summary

You will set your schedule, manage patient flow, and work with APPs to provide comprehensive geriatric care in a flexible, autonomy-focused model that supports professional fulfillment.

This role requires travel between facilities, a valid medical license, and board certification in geriatrics,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
• Active DEA License
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Willingness to travel to multiple facilities

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care by performing histories and physicals on patients and conducting routine rounds
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex visits
• Oversee APP performance and coach the care team to elevate delivery
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes
• Advocate for patients and champion what matters most to them
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader in the communities served
