Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. Youll lead clinically, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexibility and independence unusual in medicine today.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of employment and active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and compassionate, motivated teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds at least weekly.
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits with clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the care delivery team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and uphold Curana Health's mission and values.
• Represent Curana Health as a clinical leader in the communities served.
