Restore Hyper Wellness in Clearwater is seeking a front-of-house Member Experience & Studio Sales specialist. You will read clients, guide them toward wellness programs, and convert walk-ins into long-term members through consultative conversations.

You will manage follow-ups, maintain studio flow, and build lasting relationships while operating with autonomy and a performance-driven mindset. Weekend availability and local proximity are required.

Formación

• 3+ years in sales, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
• A closer's mindset and ability to guide clients to commit.
• Self-managing with ability to set priorities and work autonomously.
• Relationship-driven with focus on membership retention.
• Emotionally intelligent and able to read a room and adjust.
• Weekend availability and proximity to Clearwater.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and run personalized wellness consultations that move them toward a program and a membership.
• Read each client quickly and tailor your approach - but always be selling wellness, to everyone.
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and tours into committed long-term members through consultative conversations.
• Follow up with leads and lapsed members by phone, text, and email - without being prompted.
• Build genuine relationships that drive retention - track progress and layer in next services.
• Own the day-to-day: check-ins, waivers, cleanliness, and studio flow. You see what needs doing and you handle it.
