Job summary

Moove seeks a Technical Assistance Manager to serve as the single contact for technician escalations across depots. You will provide real‑time remote guidance, own engineering escalations end‑to‑end, and ensure clear documentation of resolutions.

You will bridge field technicians with engineering, operations leadership, and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues swiftly and maximize vehicle uptime. Primary duties include triaging and guiding repairs, validating data, and communicating

Qualifications

• Technical mastery equivalent to AV Tech 4 and related duties.
• 8–12+ years in advanced automotive, EV, or autonomous systems.
• 2+ years in a technical support, escalation, or TAC role preferred.
• Bachelor’s or related degree; or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for technician escalations across depots.
• Provide remote diagnostic guidance and triage through resolution.
• Own engineering escalations end to end: submission, follow‑up, and closure.
• Handoff to field technician team with clear fix and verification steps.
• Document every case with symptoms, path, and outcomes.
• Coach Technicians 1–4 to build diagnostic capability.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to root‑cause analyses.
