Job summary

Moove is seeking a highly organized AV Service Advisor to bridge Field Operations and Maintenance for a 24/7 autonomous vehicle fleet. You will triage technical issues, document thoroughly, and prioritize service work to maximize uptime.

You’ll oversee work orders, monitor vehicle histories, and communicate with shifts to ensure safe, efficient repairs. Strong automotive experience and data literacy are required, with a focus on safety standards and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education a plus.
• Experience in automotive service advising or fleet maintenance coordination.
• Strong documentation and RCA capabilities to support warranty and QA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and maintenance to streamline service requests.
• Lead technical triage and prioritize repairs to maximize fleet availability.
• Oversee full work-order lifecycle and ensure accurate, complete entries.
• Monitor vehicle histories and provide feedback to improve repair accuracy.
• Track KPIs and communicate across shifts for seamless handovers.
