Job summary

Moove is seeking a Technical Assistance Manager to act as the single point of contact for technician escalations across depot operations. You will provide real-time and remote diagnostic guidance to field technicians and own engineering escalations end to end.

You will bridge field technicians and engineering, coordinate with operations and leadership, document cases, and help improve uptime and safety through structured processes and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Technical mastery equivalent to AV Tech 4 and related duties.
• 8–12+ years in automotive, electric vehicle, or autonomous systems.
• 2+ years in a technical support, escalation management, or OEM TAC role preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own escalation ownership from triage to resolution for depot technician escalations.
• Provide real-time and remote guided diagnostics to field technicians.
• Review and validate engineering escalations before submission with complete data.
• Manage end-to-end engineering escalations and handoffs to field teams.
• Document cases and maintain knowledge bases and standard operating procedures.
