Job summary

Moove is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Technicians at all levels to support the maintenance and safe operation of our autonomous fleet. From entry‑level readiness to senior authority, roles ensure rider‑ready standards and merge hands‑on repair with diagnostics and safety compliance.

Team members act as a bridge between maintenance execution and fleet data for uptime, with growth from Tech 1 to Tech 4, mentoring junior staff and leading complex diagnostics as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to work AM/PM/Overnight shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift assemblies >50 lbs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi‑point safety and cosmetic inspections to ensure operational readiness.
• Document maintenance activities using 4 Cs: Condition, Cause, Correction, Confirmation.
• Execute repair orders within maintenance systems to maximize fleet uptime.
• Adhere to high‑voltage safety, lockout/tagout, and hazardous material handling.
• Perform vehicle startups, basic software loading, and data‑logging hardware installations.
• Level‑specific: Tech 1 – light mechanical repairs; Tech 2 – complex hardware R&R and diagnostics; Tech 3 – senior diagnostic authority and mentoring; Tech 4 – lead predictive maintenance strategies.
