Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when needed, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams. No prior AV experience required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid European driver's license and minimum 5 years driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• BGV background verification required.
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi fleet operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes while complying with traffic regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operation.
