Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, seeks a Vehicle Readiness Service Trainer in San Francisco to join the Mission Control Training team. You will deliver hands-on training through classroom instruction, demonstrations, and coaching, while supporting Mission Readiness operators, Training Supervisors, and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member.
• 1–3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% and pass required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training through classroom instruction, demonstrations, coaching and feedback.
• Assess operator performance with hands-on evaluations and audits.
• Review performance data and address training gaps with mentors and Supervisors.
• Support development and improvement of training materials and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining proficiency during service participation.
