Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced operational environments (aviation ground ops, automotive service, logistics, or technical field ops).
• Must pass background check, MVR and drug screening per company policy.
• Comfort using mobile devices, laptops, and software interfaces to manage vehicle states and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute mission-prep procedures for developmental vehicles, including software launches, configuration verification, and safety inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement across sites; act as precision driver during tests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, detailing, fueling, and charging to meet engineering standards.
• Provide logistical support during vehicle recovery events and transport equipment and personnel to restore operations.
• Manage inventory of consumables to ensure zero downtime.
