ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mission Readiness Service Trainer in San Francisco, CA to join our Mission Control Training team. You will deliver hands-on training, assess operator performance, and help improve training materials to keep operations proficient.

You will collaborate with Training Supervisors and Project Managers, travel up to 25% as needed, and coach operators to ensure readiness for mission-critical activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member and 1–3 years in the AV industry.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities with mentoring capability.
• Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and strong organizational/time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work varied schedules for training events.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Mission Readiness Service Trainer to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Service Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Control Training team supporting Mission Readiness operators, Training Supervisors, and Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while maintaining operational proficiency through monthly service participation.

• Minimum of 3 months as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member and 1–3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% and work varied schedules to support training events.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.
