Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback on day-to-day operating procedures
• Review daily performance feedback and address training deficiencies escalated by on-the-job Mentors
• Grade hands-on assessments, including on-ground and simulated sessions, and provide feedback to the Training Supervisor and team stakeholders
• Conduct formal audits of operator performance for both new and experienced operators
• Assist with training material updates and review new training content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
