Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee field operations, coordinate a team of operators, and ensure timely delivery of client missions.

You will communicate with client program managers, monitor safety and performance, and schedule work plans in alignment with client specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of operations experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to system emergencies; investigate accidents and customer complaints.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of subordinates; inform management of issues and offer ideas toward resolution.
• Respond to service problems and unsafe location reports.
• Develop and schedule program work plans with client staff; oversee daily operations and coordinate activities of program; determine priorities.
• Maintain high safety standards across the program and team.

Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing and oversight of the operations while acting as the liaison between the client’s program managers and vehicle specialists/operators. They manage a team of operators and ensure efficient delivery of the missions requested by the client.

Academic Preference & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
• 2 or more years of operations experience in leading teams

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise the activities of subordinates. Inform other management personnel regarding operational/personnel problems as appropriate and offer ideas toward resolution
• Respond to service problems and investigate and respond to unsafe location/situation reports
• Develop and schedule program work plan in accordance with specifications in conjunction with the client’s staff; oversee daily operations and coordinate activities of program; determine priorities
• Maintain high standard of safety across the program/team

Necessary Skills

• Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules
• Ability to understand, and interpret system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work either early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends, flexible shift if needed
