Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee field operations, manage a team of operators, and serve as the liaison between client program managers and field staff. You will coordinate daily missions, monitor safety standards, generate reports, and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on clear communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership to manage operators and coordinate with client program managers.
• Ability to generate reports and schedules using computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Responds to system emergencies; investigates accidents, incidents, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise activities of subordinates; inform management of issues and resolutions.
• Respond to service problems and unsafe location/situation reports; take corrective actions and report findings.
• Develop and schedule program work plans; oversee daily operations and priority setting in alignment with client staff.
• Maintain high safety standards across the program and team.
