Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor manages operations and acts as liaison between client program managers and vehicle specialists/operators. The role involves managing a team of operators to ensure efficient delivery of client missions.

Academic Preference & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
• At least 2 years of operations experience leading teams

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to system emergencies, complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints
• Coordinate, monitor, and supervise the activities of subordinates; inform other management about operational or personnel problems and offer solutions
• Respond to service problems and investigate unsafe location/situation reports
• Develop and schedule program work plans in accordance with specifications in conjunction with client staff; oversee daily operations, coordinate activities, and prioritize tasks
• Maintain high safety standards across the program/team

Necessary Skills

• Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules
• Understanding and interpretation of system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases, and routes
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
