Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations preferred, plus experience leading teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years operations leadership preferred.
• Experience with safety standards and dispatch operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety standards in all operations.
• Lead hourly workforce and coordinate dispatch on road.
• Communicate with management, engineers, and public.
• Respond to system emergencies and compile reports.
• Support client operations leadership in daily tasks.
