Responsibilities

• Responds to system emergencies; investigates accidents, incidents, and customer complaints
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise the activities of subordinates; inform management of problems and propose solutions
• Respond to service problems and unsafe location/situation reports
• Develop and schedule program work plan with client staff; oversee daily operations and priorities
• Maintain high standard of safety across the program/team.
