Job summary

Pronto AI is seeking a field-based technician to join our on-site installation team across the United States. You will install Pronto hardware and software, wire sensors, drive-by-wire kits, and vehicle interfaces at customer sites, perform calibrations, and ensure operational readiness.

Travel up to 75% is required. You’ll coordinate with customers, document service activities, and support ongoing maintenance. The role offers base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service or automotive electronics.
• Proficient with hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems (CAN bus, sensors, ECUs).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to customer sites.
• Independent worker with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation of Pronto hardware and software.
• Install peripheral hardware and set up networks at sites.
• Calibrate systems and validate tests against standards.
• Coordinate with customer teams on training and maintenance.
• Document service activities in ticketing/CRM tools.
