Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer in Warrendale, PA to lead design, integration, and support of electrical systems for autonomous and unmanned vehicle platforms. This hands-on role includes wiring, harness development, and collaboration with mechanical, robotics, software and systems engineers.

Responsibilities include developing sensor and power architectures, documenting schematics, selecting components, supporting prototype builds and field testing in rugged environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical systems integration on vehicles or robotics.
• Proven ability to develop schematics and harness documentation.
• Hands-on wiring, fabrication, and troubleshooting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate electrical systems for autonomous vehicle platforms.
• Develop architectures for sensors, computers, controllers, power distribution and vehicle electronics.
• Create wiring diagrams, harness documentation, and electrical interfaces.
• Support prototype builds, system bring-up, and field testing.
