Job summary

Trucking People in Austin, TX is seeking motivated Support Specialists to join our client's autonomous vehicle operations. You will monitor day-to-day fleet activities, troubleshoot with Unix command line, and perform vehicle readiness checks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires teamwork, strong organization to handle multiple Jira tickets, and clear communication on Slack. On-site, five days a week, with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in technical and operations support.
• Proficiency with Unix commands and utilities.
• Direct experience using Slack and Jira for workflow management.
• Proven ability to stay organized while handling parallel requests.
• Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years.
