Job summary

Integer Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support a Principal Investigator leading engineers in autonomous systems projects. You will ensure timely deliverables, coordinate technical reports for prime contractors and sponsors, and manage schedules across daily to quarterly timelines.

You will also help track costs and communicate status to executives, while serving as a technical contributor in perception and maritime sensors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business management or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of DoW contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M) and managing projects spanning engineering research, services and products.
• Experience managing engineering projects including driving schedule and budget.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Be the project management support to a PI to lead a team of engineers developing autonomous systems applications.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, coordinating monthly and quarterly technical reports and presentations for the customer.
• Organize and prioritize the team’s efforts to demonstrate new features and performance improvements.
• Plan and communicate tasking to the engineering team on daily to quarterly timescales; manage scheduling and address slippage.
• Communicate development plans and status to COO and CEO; forecast costs and report metrics to upper management.
• Coordinate updates and timing of shared lab space with the customer and subcontractors.
• Serve as a technical contributor in autonomous systems, perception and maritime sensors, machine learning.
