Job summary

Motional is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our release pipeline across autonomy integration, software, hardware, operations and testing teams. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, quick decision making, and execution of release activities to continuously iterate and improve.

You will drive alignment, manage release calendars, track metrics, handle risks, and partner with engineering leadership to define objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and automated SW testing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing FW, SW, and HW configurations.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with complex systems (autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics).
• Experience across teams resolving competing priorities and managing dependencies.
• Strong written and oral communication, ability to tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across stakeholder teams to track planned software and hardware releases.
• Actively manage execution of release activities, tracking progress against key release metrics and removing blockers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to configure and improve configurations end-to-end.
• Establish and maintain release calendars, notes, and documentation for transparency across stakeholders.
• Set priorities and coordinate between multiple engineering and operations teams and external stakeholders.
• Work with engineering leadership to define and track key objectives.
• Identify, manage, and report risks and issues.
