Job summary

Palantir is seeking a Technical Program Manager for autonomous systems, based in New York. You will partner with software engineers, product managers, and leadership to drive key product deliveries across the full software development lifecycle.

You will triage requests, maintain project state, and remove roadblocks to keep teams focused on high-value technical work. A strong PM background, technical curiosity, and ability to obtain a US security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a software-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project/program management experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, product managers, QA, and leadership to drive product deliverables across the software lifecycle.
• Translate product vision into concrete technical goals and team tasks; triage field requests for focus.
• Maintain complete project state and pre-empt issues that could derail timelines.
• Improve cross-team collaboration and alignment among technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams on implementation, rollout, and support.
