Job summary

Otto Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee engineering programs from requirements through production.

You will lead a team of TPMs, coordinate with engineering work package owners, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risk and driving program visibility. You will partner with the Chief Engineer, socialize tradeoffs, and enforce the PMO operating model to sustain disciplined execution across teams.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years in technical program/project management.
• Ten (10) years total experience (equivalent mix of exp and education).
• Two (2) years in a formal or informal leadership position.
• Engineering experience across product lifecycle, incl. composites and systems development.
• PM/PMO style experience in complex aircraft structures development.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera/P6, Jama, Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering TPMs to deliver products on schedule and within budget.
• Own orchestration of engineering execution across full program lifecycle.
• Define and enforce the PMO execution operating model and cadence.
• Identify and address resource and execution stress points.
• Synthesize program status, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
