• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience developing software in C++, Python, C#, or other OO languages.
• Working knowledge of Git and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate high‑performance software components using C++ for real‑time data processing and logging.
• Develop software using ROS2, DDS, and related technologies for robotics and autonomous systems.
• Build software architectures, component functionality, and system integrations for complex automation projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead development of assigned software components and address architectural challenges.
• Develop algorithms supporting operator assistance, robotics, computer vision, and safety‑critical automation.
• Integrate software with cameras, LiDAR, sensors, embedded controllers, and robotic hardware.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including designs and validation plans.
• Develop hardware and software validation plans and analyze results.
