As part of a highly ambitious team, you will mentor and collaborate across engineering, AI, and strategy experts, delivering scalable robotics solutions and strategic initiatives with tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in robotics, consulting, or software projects with a strong technical focus.
• Proven experience with ROS2 and modern robotics stacks including real-time systems.
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies.
• Experience generating synthetic data and world models for scalable training.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership for robotics innovation projects, from architecture design to integration for global clients.
• Development of scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy and real-time simulation.
• Management of interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
• Execution of technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Close coordination with clients, partners, and Accenture units from roadmap to productive implementation.
• Active contribution to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy, tech roadmaps, and partner development.
